We offer a return or exchange on most items provided they are returned in original sales condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted on regular price items and all returned must be in original sales condition within 14 days of purchase.
  • Return postage must be paid by the customer (unless item is damaged or faulty) and use of a registered postal service or courier service is recommended
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage during transit of returned items
  • If the item is received damaged or faulty, the customer must contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receipt and will then receive further instructions. Please contact our customer service at +607-5547488 or email at info@theshapee.com.
  • Refund will be made through original payment method
  • Refunds for online purchases are not accepted at our stores. Please be advised however that as we can only process a refund for an online purchase through the original online payment method, it may take up to 7 days for the customer to receive it.
  • NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE on nursing bra due to hygiene concerns.
