Return, Refund, Exchange Policy
Easy Returns for all of our products.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from SHAPEE. It might be tricky to purchase online. Therefore, we are offering these policies to ease your mind. Please refer below:
Exchange policy:
- If the item is received damaged or faulty, the customer must contact us via Whatsapp within 48 hours of receipt and will then receive further instructions.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on regular priced items and all returned must be in original sales condition within 14 days of purchase.
- Label and tag are still intact with the product
- Pack in the original packaging
- Unused or unwashed
- Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
- Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".
- Postage fee is to be borne (paid) by the customer in the event of an exchange or return (unless the item is damaged or faulty).
- In the event that the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.
Return & Refund policy:

Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 14 days from the date you received your parcel. We will accept online returns via mail only.

- Postage fee is to be borne (paid) by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.
- Please be advised that we can only process a refund for an online purchase through the original online payment method, it may take up to 7 days for the customer to receive it.
- Refunds will be processed after Shapee receive your returned parcel.
- As for manual (Whatsapp) payment option, please ensure that the following details are provided completely and correctly:
- If you paid by credit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used within 7-14 working days.
- International Shipping Refund only applicable via card that originally used to place the order earlier, bank transfer is not available.
To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing damaged (Torn / Stain/ Wrinkle) or Smell (Cigarette / Perfume)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear.
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item have been washed.
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
Other policy:
- Any Promotional Product cannot be Returned for a Full Refund except under both parties' agreement.
- Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.
- Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Shapee reserves the right to compensate/alter/refund any Non-delivered item that failed to reach customer within 30 days after order is placed as deemed fit by Shapee.
- Discount codes and reward points cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded and reward points for the purchase will be deducted.
