Our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 comes with a 1+1 years warranty which provide 1 to 1 exchange starting from the date of purchase or the date of your baby's birth as per attach during registration of warranty (Whichever is later).

How many size available?
Our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 is one pump which can fit most size. You will receive FREE flange insert in size 18mm, 21mm, 24mm, & 27mm
How many mode this breastpump have?
Our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 comes with 4 different mode: Lactation mode, Massage mode, Expression Mode & Pulse Pro mode
What is Pulse Pro Mode?
Pulse Pro Mode in our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 act like a turbo which help to increase the milk output by increase the pumping and suction of the breast pump

Lactation mode: 1 - 9 Levels
Massage mode: 1 - 9 Levels
Expression Mode: 1 - 9 Levels
How long to charge for first time use?
We would recommend to charge minimum 4 hours for first time use and only charge for 2 hours for 2nd times use later.
How many session after fully charge and how long for 1 session?
After fully charge for 2 hours, our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 can use up to 4 - 6 sessions and it takes 20minutes to complete 1 session.
Do we need to wash for first time use?
Yes! All the accessories part need to disassemble and wash for first time use and before each use.
How many parts to wash?
In total, there are 6 parts (include collector cup) that need to wash when using our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0
Why it is leaking?
Leaking only will occur if the rubber ring is not attach properly to the collector cup body.
