Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to change any of the details as we work towards fulfilling your orders as soon as possible. Also please take note that we are unable to add or remove an item to an order or combine two orders together in the same shipment.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your payment. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a further email notification once the tracking number is updated.

After placing your order, we need 1-2 working days to process your order and the courier takes 3-5 working days to deliver. For orders made before 12pm, it shall be processed on the same day and be shipped out the next working day.

Orders made during weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day and will be shipped out the day after.

The best time for mommy to wear their nursing bra is 2-3 months during pregnancy or as soon as your breasts start to grow and change. Also recommended to start wearing in 3rd trimester as around this time, your breast change and become more sensitive

Depending on what you are looking for in a nursing bra. If you are a big bust mommies, we recommend you to try our Luxe, Sassy and Cozy Nursing bra as the size is slightly bigger compared to other nursing bras. Plus for the Luxe Nursing bra, it has a slightly push up effect and wider side band for better support. As for Cozy, beside the wider side band and strap, the fabric is stretchable and flexible compared to others.If you are a small size mommies but love our Luxe nursing bra, can try our Classic Nursing bra as it has the same material as Luxe Nursing bra. You also will love our Invi Nursing bra as it is very light and airy which is suitable for everyday wear in our weather plus provides utmost comfort and support.

If you are using our breast pump, you do not need to buy a size bigger to fit the wearable breast pump.

As information, each of our nursing bras have slightly different measurements. We recommend you to refer to each size chart before proceed with purchase

Please measure your underbust and across the bust first, and then refer to the size chart on the product page. Make sure to take these measurements without wearing a bra. If you are under 5 months pregnant, we recommend choosing one size larger, as your breasts will grow.

In order to choose the correct size, you may refer to your waist size either before pregnancy or size in between, before and during pregnancy.

Yes. As for c-section mummy, usually you can start wearing it once you are allowed to wear it (2-4 weeks after surgery by referring to your Dr). We recommend checking the wound frequently, avoid wearing it too tight and please be careful when putting on and removing your belly band/wrap.

Your comfort during postpartum is precious. It is recommend to try wear it 2-4 hours first and increase it depending on your comfort

Typically, these wraps should be hand-washed with mild detergent and air-dried to maintain their elasticity and shape.

It depends on how often you wear it and your personal hygiene preferences. Washing after several uses or when it becomes soiled is a good practice

Leaking only will occur if the rubber ring is not attached properly to the collector cup body.

Pulse Pro Mode in our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 acts like a turbo which helps to increase the milk output by increasing the pumping and suction of the breast pump.

We would recommend to charge min 4 hours for first time use and only charge for 2 hours for 2nd times use

In total, there are 6 parts(include collector cup) that need to wash when using our LacFree Wearable Breast Pump 3.0 

Our Lacpro Double Electric Breast Pump comes with a 2 years warranty for motor and 1 year warranty for lithium battery starting from the date of purchase or the date of your baby's birth as per attach during registration of warranty (Whichever is later).

Our Lacpro Double Electric Breast Pump comes with 2 in 1 size. You will receive breast pump shield in 28mm and FREE flange insert in 24mm.

You may use size 24mm (provided) but need to add a flange insert into the breast pump shield in order to fit the size.

Our Lacpro Double Electric Breast Pump comes with 2 different modes, stimulation and expression mode and each mode has a different level. Stimulation mode (massage) have 6 level while Expression mode have 12 level

No need. Do not wash the tubing with water and sterilize it. The water inside the tube will cause damage to the pump motor. You are recommended to only wipe it using clean cloth if necessary.

Yes, as all the accessories need to be disassembled and washed for first time use and before each use.

Yes, all  parts can be sterilized except the pump motor, power adapter and tubing. To prolong the expected lifespan, you may need to disassemble the product each time you sterilize. Make sure to wipe it clean to store.
