1. This warranty is only valid for Shapee Milkee Lab breast pumps purchased from Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd and its authorized resellers

2. This warranty is only valid for the customer as per the warranty registration details. It cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to a third party.

3. For warranty claims please send your breast pump to the Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd office address as listed on the website. All transport/courier fees for sending and collection are to be borne by the customer.

4. Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase and/or the baby’s birth certificate, alongside these warranty terms and conditions.

5. Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd must be notified of any and all issues regarding the product upon submission for warranty claim together with the e-warranty registration proof and receipts.

6. Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd will repair or replace the product once its defect(s) has been determined and meet the terms and conditions of this warranty.

7. The duration of this warranty will not be extended in the event that Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd decides to repair or provide a replacement for the product.

8. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Accidental damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents.
• Usage other than in accordance with the instruction manual.
• Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification.
• Liquid damage* (e.g. water/milk entering breast pump) *applicable to electric breast pump only.

9. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
