This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd (“Company”) to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Shapee breast pump motor (“Motor”) with an integrated battery, sold by the Company in Malaysia.

This Warranty covers only the Motor and its integrated battery, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage: 

This Warranty is only valid for Shapee breast pumps purchased from Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd and its authorized resellers.

2. Warranty Validity: 

This Warranty is valid only for the customer whose details are registered during the e-warranty registration.

It cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to any third party.

3. Warranty Period: 

The Warranty for the Motor is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase or the baby’s date of birth (as per proof provided during warranty registration), whichever is later (“Warranty Period”).

4. Warranty Claims

For any warranty claims:

• Contact Customer Service at +6017-879 3045 using the registered email address used for warranty registration.
• Send your breast pump to the Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd office address as listed on the official Shapee website.
• All transport/courier fees for both sending and collection are to be borne by the customer.
• The Company must be notified of all issues regarding the product upon submission for a warranty claim, together with the e-warranty registration proof and purchase receipt.
  

5. Proof of Purchase: 

Purchasers must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) or baby’s birth certificate as evidence to be eligible for Warranty service, alongside these warranty terms and conditions.

6. Warranty Process: 

• The Company will inspect the product to determine the nature of the defect.
• If the defect is confirmed and covered under this Warranty, Shapee Trading & Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
• The duration of this Warranty will not be extended in the event of a repair or replacement.
• Each warranty covers only one (1) claim per specific issue during the Warranty Period.

7. Exclusions: 

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Usage not in accordance with the instruction manual.
• Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification.
• Liquid damage (e.g., water or milk entering the breast pump) — applicable to electric breast pumps only.
• Consumable components, such as tubing, bottles, valves, or other accessories.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, discoloration, or any deterioration of appearance.

8. Non-transferability: 

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser as per the registration details.

9. Company Rights: 

The Company reserves the right to:

• Repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
• Amend or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be posted immediately on the official Shapee website. Please check the website regularly to stay informed of any updates.

By purchasing and using the breast pump, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
