Warranty Terms & Conditions

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Shapee ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the breast pump motor ("Motor") with an integrated battery, sold by the Company in Malaysia. This Warranty covers the Motor and its integrated battery, and it is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Warranty Period: 

The Warranty for the Motor valid for a period of two (2) years and its built-in lithium battery is valid for a period of one (1) year (as the battery quality will deteriorating over time) from the date of original purchase by the Purchaser or the date of Purchaser baby's birth as per attach during registration of Warranty (whichever is later) ("Warranty Period").

2. Warranty Coverage: 

The lithium battery is designated to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles. This Warranty covers any malfunction or failure of defective battery.


3. Warranty Claims: 

In the event of a defect covered by this Warranty, the Purchaser may make a claim by contacting the Company's Customer Service department at +6017-879 3045 by attaching the registered email for Warranty.  The Company will provide instructions for submitting the product for inspection and potential repair or replacement. All transport/courier fees for sending are to be borne by the customer.

4. Limitations and Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of the Motor and battery, including scratches, cosmetic damage, or any deterioration of appearance.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instructions, guidelines, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Any attempt to open, disassemble, or tamper with the Motor or battery, resulting in damage.
  • Damage or defects resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or other environmental conditions.
  • Consumable components of the breast pump, such as tubing, bottles, and valves.


5. Battery Service: 

After the Warranty Period has expired, the Company offers battery service to Purchasers. The battery service involves replacing the battery in the Motor for a fee. This service ensures that the breast pump continues to function optimally even if the original battery's capacity has deteriorated.


6. Claim Limitation: 

The Warranty covers only one (1) claim per specific issue during the Warranty Period. The duration of this Warranty will not be extended in the event that the Company decides to repair or replace the product.


7. Proof of Purchase: 

Purchasers must retain their original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) or baby’s birth certificate as evidence to be eligible for Warranty service, alongside these warranty terms and conditions.


8. General Provisions: 

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser. The Company reserves the right to repair or replace the product, at its discretion.

By purchasing and using the breast pump, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform the Purchaser of any changes.
